Borrower Checklist - Items Needed



After you finished your application, below is a basic checklist of the items you need to start gathering:

1.  Clear and enlarged copy of drivers licenses

2.  Most recent 2 years W-2's

3.  Most recent 30 days paystubs

4.  Most recent 2 months of largest bank/asset statements (all pages, even if blank).

5.  Most recent 2 years personal signed federal tax returns (all pages/all schedules)

6.  If self employed, most recent 2 years business federal tax returns - (1120's or 1065's - all pages/all schedules/all K-1's)

7.  If applicable, divorce decree and separation agreement, stamped and recorded

8.  If purchasing, complete copy of signed purchase contract (all pages)

9.  If refinancing, copy of most recent mortgage statement
